Josh Thumma
The Josh Thumma path to Middletown Football:
Josh Thumma, like many of the younger members of the coaching staff was born in Frederick, Maryland and graduated from Middletown High. Josh was born March 22, 1981 and graduated from Middletown in 1999. While a student at Middletown, Josh played football and was a 1st Team All MVAL, 1st Team All-Area player, and All State player. Josh went on to Virginia Tech where he graduated in cum laude with a BA in History in 2004. He was also a Phi Beta Delta member, Phi Alpha Theta member and a History Prize Scholarship award winner in 2003. He has been coaching at Middletown High School for the past 5 years and has been associated with Middletown football on some level since 1992. |
