OFFSEASON PROGRAM (WEIGHT ROOM)

All Football players are expected to participate in the offseason program in 1 of 3 ways
(Lifting must be one of the options)

1. Participation in Athletic Strength Training Class (AST) or strength training class.
      (AST being the best option because of the competition aspect of the class.)

or

2. Participation in after school football lifting program (Mon., Wed., Fri. 2:30pm - 3:30pm)
       and Running at the Barn (by True AP / MHS Coaches) in January Tues. / Thurs. 3-4pm

or

3. Participation in a Middletown High School (FCPS) Winter or Spring Sport.
